Sizing varies throughout the site as each designer has a unique fit to their clothes. See product descriptions for full details on each garment.

 

PAYMENT AND CURRENCY

We accept payment through PayPal and direct payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards.

The pricing and currency are displayed based on the IP address of your device. For example, if you are accessing our website from Canada, prices will be displayed in CAD whereas if you are accessing our website from the United Kingdom, prices will be displayed in GBP.

Please note that the price and currency charged is also determined by the shipping address entered at checkout.

 

SALES TAXES

Any orders shipped within Canada are subject to sales taxes.

- Alberta, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon (5% GST)

- Saskatchewan (5% GST + 5% PST or total sales tax of 10%)

- British Columbia (5% GST + 7% PST or total sales tax of 12%)

- Ontario and Manitoba (5% GST + 8% PST or total sales tax of 13%)

- Quebec (5% GST + 9.975% PST or total sales tax of 14.975%)

- New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador (5% GST + 10% PST or total sales tax of 15%)

All orders outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax(es).

White Walls / World Wide proudly ships internationally. See below for rates and transit times. If you reside or you are in Montreal, you may select the “Pick Up” option.

USA14.00$ (Standard 1-7 Days) / Free on orders over 200.00$ (1-7 Days)

Asia34.00$ (Standard 2-7 Days) / Free on orders over 300.00$ (2-7 Days)

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification.

You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order and a separate email when it has shipped or to notify when you can come pick up your order. In rare cases, these email(s) may end up in your junk or spam folder. All shipments are provided with a tracking number.

 

Please note the following:

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

- International shipments may be subject to local duties and taxes. International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with the shipment of their order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return or exchange any item(s) as long as it abides by White Walls / World Wide’s return/exchange policy, stated below:

 

- Return / Exchange claim must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

- Damage claim must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.

- Merchandise must be in it’s original condition with original tags and packaging included.

- Merchandise cannot be altered or washed.

 

If any of these requirements are not met, we may reject the return and send the garment(s) back to you.

  

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESSING

Simply email shop@wwhitewwalls.com with your order confirmation number and a request for a return authorization number and we will provide you with complete details for the return or exchange.

Please be advised when making an exchange; should the new product cost higher, we will charge the product cost difference whereas vice versa, should the new product cost lower, we will refund the product cost difference. Original shipping fees are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping fees associated with sending your parcel back to us.

If you reside or you are in Montreal during the time of processing your return or exchange, you may bring your parcel to our warehouse with proof of authorization from us. All returns or exchanges must be confirmed and authorized by us via email prior to sending or bringing any garments back. We do not accept any returns or exchanges if there is no proof of authorization from us.

You will receive your refund through the same means used to make your initial purchase. Please note refunds are only processed after we confirm receipt of the garment(s), given that they meet our return or exchange policy. In any case they do not, the garment(s) will be sent back to you where any shipping fees will have to be incurred by the receiving party.
